Placed ninth in the steeplechase at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/16-17), finishing in 10:57.68...Scored for the Vikings as part of the team's 4x400-meter relay that placed eighth at the conference meet in 4:06.74...Shaved 18 seconds off her best in the steeplechase while cracking 11 minutes for the first time with her finish in 10:49.74 at the OSU High Performance Meet (5/2-3)...Moved up to sixth all-time in the 3k steeplechase while debuting in the event at the John Knight Twilight (4/11-12), finishing in 11:07.79...Won her sections of the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Oregon Preview (3/21-22), finishing in 2:18.15 and 4:39.20, respectively...Set a PSU best in the 1,500 meters with her finish in 4:46.02 at the L&C Electric Forest Opener (3/8).

Lowered her collegiate best in the 800 meters to 2:18.40 at the Riverfront Invitational (2/7-8)...Ran the anchor leg of the Vikings' distance medley relay that moved up to third all-time with its finish in 12:07.26 at the UW Invitational (1/31-2/1)...Also shaved 33 seconds off her personal best in the mile with her finish in 5:04.42 at the UW Invite...Moved up to second all-time in the 1,000 meters while setting a new collegiate best with her finish in 2:56.97 at the UW Preview (1/17)...Also shaved eight seconds off her collegiate best in the indoor 800 with her finish in 2:18.77 at the UW Preview...Ran her first 3k for the Vikings at the Spokane Invitational (12/14), finishing in 10:41.03...Moved up to fourth all-time in the 1k while shaving 23 seconds off her collegiate best in the event with her time of 2:59.09 at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25).
 

2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

Finished 159th overall as the team's second runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/15), setting a new 6k personal best with her time of 22:12.6...Placed 39th overall as the Vikings' second runner at the Big Sky Championships (11/1), running the 5k in 18:23.1...Finished as the Vikings' second runner at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (10/11), placing 122nd overall while running the 6k in 22:28.5...Led the Vikings at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5), finishing the 5k 20th overall in 18:04.9...Shaved nearly a minute off her 4k personal best while moving up to No. 4 all-time at the distance with a finish in 14:09.1 at the Gator Cross (9/14)...Finished as the Vikings' second runner at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), placing 19th overall while running the 4k in 15:07.47.

Posted her second-best 800-meter time of the season at the Portland Track Festival (6/8-9), finishing in 2:18.82...Ran the 800 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/10-11), finishing 21st in the prelims in 2:23.99...Also ran a leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that set a seasonal best with its finish in 3:56.92 at the Big Sky meet...Set a collegiate best in the 800 meters for the second straight week, finishing in 2:18.19 at the Portland Twilight (5/4)...Ran the 800 meters in 2:19.12 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/27)...Shaved more than two seconds off her seasonal best in the 800 meters at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/13), finishing in 2:20.05...Part of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that shaved 3.5 seconds off its seasonal best with a finish in 4:04.20 at the L&C Invite...Also Part of 4x400-meter relay team that set a then-seasonal best with its finish in 4:07.75 at the Pacific Open (3/30)...Shaved two seconds off her collegiate best in the 800 meters, finishing in 2:22.38 at the Oregon Preview (3/23)...Doubled in the 800 (2:24.45) and 1,500 (5:08.04) meters while also running a leg on the Vikings' top 4x400-meter relay team (4:12.01) at the Electric Forest Collegiate Open (3/16)...Made her outdoor debut at the Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker (3/2), doubling in the 400 and 800 meters in times of 1:04.93 and 2:24.85, respectively.

Ran the 800-meter leg of the Vikings' distance medley relay that finished 10th in 12:53.65 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-24)...Also competed in the mile at the Big Sky meet, placing 20th overall in 5:37.36...Won the 800 meters in 2:27.09 and a leg on the Vikings' winning 4x400-meter relay team that finished in a season's best 4:12.64 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/18)...Doubled in the 400 and 800 meters at the Portland Indoor Two (2/4), finishing in 1:04.74 and 2:26.81, respectively...Set a PSU best in the 800 meters with her time of 2:25.19 at the UW Invitational (1/27)...Ran her first 1k as a Viking at the Portland Indoor One (1/21), finishing in 3:22.58...Set the No. 9 mark (now No. 10) all-time in the 600 meters while opening her season with a time of 1:45.93 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13).

Ran her first 800-meter race as a Viking, finishing in 2:27.93 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5)...Also ran a leg of the Vikings' 4x4000-meter relay, which finished in 4:21.56 at the Portland Indoor Two...Made her official Viking debut at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), running the 400 meters in 1:05.30.
