Ran the 3k in 9:20.51 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5)...Opened his season at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), running the mile in 4:41.16.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Paced his teammates in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23) before finishing in 9:08.22.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 50th overall in a time of 25:29.1 as the Vikings' seventh finisher at the Big Sky Championships (10/29)...Shaved 56 seconds off his personal best in the 8k while finishing in 24:50.9 and placing 47th overall at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/16/21)...Finished as the team's seventh runner at the Bronco Invite, helping the team record a 37-point team win over second-place Cal Poly...Led the Vikings while placing 14th overall in a then-personal-best time of 25:46.7 at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/24)...Set a new personal best in the 6k while finishing in 19:24.1 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where he placed 18th overall.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Doubled in the 5k and 10k at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15), placing 10th in the 10k (31:15.09) and 18th in the 5k (15:15.22)...Moved up to fifth all-time in the 10k at Portland State while setting a 47-second personal best despite running at elevation with his time of 31:15.09 at the Big Sky meet...Won his section of the 1,500 meters by more than six seconds while setting a new personal best of 4:00.74 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1)...Moved up to sixth all-time in the 5k while making his season debut with a time of 14:20.54 at the Oregon Relays (4/23-24)...Shaved 41 seconds off his official personal best in the 5k at the Oregon Relays, and 18 seconds off the time he ran unattached two weeks earlier at the John Knight Twilight.
 

2020 INDOOR:

Doubled in the 3k and 5k at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27-29)...Set a new personal best while moving up to seventh all time in the 5k with a time of 15:25.37 at the Big Sky meet...Knocked another two seconds off his personal best in the 3,000 meters while finishing in 8:41.06 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Shaved 13.5 seconds off his personal best in the 3k while finishing in 8:42.99 at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26).
 

2019 OUTDOOR:

Shaved five seconds off his personal best in the 5,000 meters while finishing in 15:01.76 at the Portland Track Festival (6/8)...Knocked another five seconds off his personal best in the 5,000 meters while finishing in 15:06.58 at the West Coast Invitational (5/11)...Shaved two seconds off his 1,500-meter personal best while finishing in 4:07.37 at the Linfield Open (5/4)...Qualified for the USATF U20 Outdoor Championships with a time of 32:02.14 in the 10,000 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/17-19)...Shaved 13 seconds off his previous best in the 5,000 meters while finishing in 15:11.80 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (3/28-29)...Set a new personal best in his first race during the outdoor season, running the 5,000 meters in 15:24.98 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16).
 

2019 INDOOR:

Competed in the 3,000 meters at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/21-23), finishing 26th in 9:11.82...Shaved over 10 seconds off his personal best in the 3,000 meters with his finish in 8:56.49 at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge (2/1)...Made his indoor track debut while running the 3,000 meters in 9:06.53 at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).
 

2018 CROSS COUNTRY:

Finished as the Vikings' third runner at the first two meets of the season...Ran his best 8k time of the season while finishing in 26:00.4 at the Big Sky Championships (10/27)...Set a 6k personal best with his finish in 19:44.7 at the season-opening Viking 'Rust-Buster' (9/1)...Finished the 10k at the NCAA West Regional (11/9) in 33:22.6.
