2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 58th overall in a time of 27:26.8 at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/24)...Ran the 6k in 20:43.6 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where he placed 28th overall.
 

2020 INDOOR:

Shaved nine seconds off his personal best in the mile while finishing in 4:30.46 at the SPU Final Qualifier (2/29)...Ran his first indoor 800-meter race at the Portland Indoor Three (2/22-23), finishing in 2:03.24...Completed his first race of the season at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9), finishing the mile in 4:43.17.
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran his only race of the season at the Beaver Classic (11/9), finishing 11th overall in 27:22.81.

2019 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:13.24 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16)...Opened his outdoor season with a time of 2:00.79 in the 800 meters at the Willamette Opener (3/2).
 

2019 INDOOR:

Ran the mile in 4:39.67 at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge (2/1)...Opened his Viking career with a time of 9:40.99 in the 3,000 meters at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).
 

WAYZATA HIGH SCHOOL:

All-state in cross country as a senior…Two-time all-conference honoree in cross country…Part of back-to-back state team titles as a junior and senior on his cross country team…Won back-to-back Nike Cross Regionals Team championships with his cross county team as a junior and senior…Placed 11th as a team at Nike Cross Nationals as a senior…Part of his track & field team’s 4x800-meter relay that placed second at state in 2017…Set the sectional record in the 4x800-meter relay with his relay team as a junior…Two-time sectional champion in the 4x800-meter relay, winning as a junior and senior…All-conference honoree in track & field as a junior.
