2022 INDOOR:

Part of the Vikings' Distance Medley Relay team that placed ninth in 12:28.04 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26)...Also ran the 3k at the Big Sky meet, placing 24th overall in 10:29.08...Ran the first 800-meter race of her Viking career at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13), finishing in 2:24.58...Dipped under 10 minutes in the 3k for the first time while moving up to eighth all-time in the event with her finish in 9:55.80 at the Husky Classic (2/11-12)...Finished fourth as part of a 1-5 Viking finish in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5), finishing in 10:20.01...Placed second as part of a 1-5 Viking finish in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23), finishing in 10:16.13.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Helped lead the Vikings to an 11th-place finish at the NCAA West Regional (11/12), tied for the team's best finish ever at the meet...Finished the women's 6k at the NCAA West Regional 89th overall in 21:39.4...Placed 20th overall in 17:15.9 while leading the Vikings to a third-place team finish at the Big Sky Championships (10/29), their highest finish ever at the meet by two spots...Moved up to fifth all-time in the 5k with her time of 17:15.9 at the Big Sky meet, beating her old 5k personal best by 16 seconds...Dipped under the old school record in the 6k while finishing as the Vikings' third runner and 11th overall in a time of 20:46.8 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/16)...Finished 42nd overall in a time of 22:16.7 while helping lead the Vikings to an upset of three regionally ranked teams at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/24)...Ranked 7th all-time in the 4k after finishing in 14:24.2 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where she placed 16th overall.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Knocked four seconds off her personal best in the 5,000 meters, finishing in 17:41.20 at the Hayward Premiere (4/2)...Placed second in the 5,000 meters while shaving more than a full minute off her prep personal best in the event while finishing in 17:45.16 at the OSU PNW Team Clash (3/13).
 

2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 23rd overall as the Vikings' second runner at the Big Sky Cross Country Winter Championships (2/27), finishing in 18:24.9...Moved up to to ninth all-time in 5,000-meter races at 4,000 feet or above with her time at the Big Sky meet.

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Led the Vikings at every meet at which she competed during the season...Recorded personal bests in the 4k and 6k during the season...Came within 3.3 seconds of the school record in the 6k while finishing in 20:51.4 at the Bronco Invitational (10/19)...Posted her highest career finish with a third-place overall finish at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5)...Moved up to fifth all time in the 4k with a time of 14:24.4 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/7)...Finished 23rd overall at the Big Sky Championships (11/2)...Placed 70th overall at the NCAA West Regional (11/15), 77 places higher than her finish at the NCAA West Regional as a freshman.

2018 CROSS COUNTRY:

Moved into the top 10 all time at Portland State in the 4k, 5k and 6k during the season...Ran as the Vikings' third runner at four of the six meets at which she competed, including the Big Sky Championships (10/27)...Placed 28th overall in a 5k personal best of 17:31.5 at the Big Sky meet, the highest finish by a first-year Viking women's runner at the conference meet since 2007...Moved up to ninth all time at Portland State in the 5k with her time at the Big Sky meet...Recorded her first-career top-10 finish with a seventh-place finish at the Cougar Classic (9/14), helping the Vikings record their first-ever team win at a meet hosted by a Pac-12 school...Moved up to eighth all time in the 6k with her time of 21:33 at the Cougar Classic...Moved up to seventh all time in the 4k with her time of 14:54.5 at the season-opening Viking 'Rust-Buster' (9/1).
