Ran his final race as a Viking at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14), finishing the 5k in 15:35.60...Shaved seven seconds off his 5k personal best while finishing in 15:34.24 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Recorded his best 1,500-meter time since setting his personal best three years ago while finishing in 4:17.57 at the L&C Invite (4/16)...Ran his first-ever 10k at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2), finishing in 33:38.27...Ran the 5,000 meters at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), finishing in 15:55.35.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Led the Vikings in the second section of the mile at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13), finishing in 4:38.05...Ran the 3k in 9:26.36 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5)...Opened his indoor season with a time of 9:24.51 in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23).
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Shaved more than 90 seconds off his seasonal best in the 8k while finishing in 26:21.7 and placing 106th overall at the L&C Invite (10/16)...Finished the 6k in 20:25.1 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where he placed 26th overall.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Shaved four seconds off his seasonal best while finishing the 1,500 meters in 4:28.55 at the Frank Haskins Invite (5/6)...Ran the 1,500 meters again at the Lewis & Clark Invite (4/17), finishing in 4:32.94...Made his season debut at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Classic (3/20), running the 1,500 meters in 4:32.90.
 

2020 INDOOR:

Ran the 3k at the SPU Final Qualifier (2/29), finishing in 9:32.24...Opened his season with a time of 9:30.62 in the 3,000 meters at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26).
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a new personal best in the 6k with a time of 19:35.8 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/7)...Ran a seasonal best in the 8k at the Cougar Classic (9/13), finishing in 26:20.2...Recorded his first top-10 finish while placing ninth overall in 26:36.56 at the Beaver Classic (11/9).

2018 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set personal bests in the 6k, 8k and 10k during the season...Recorded his highest finish ever in the Vikings' lineup while placing as the team's third runner and 152nd overall at the NCAA West Regional (11/9)...Shaved 90 seconds off his 10k time at last season's NCAA West Regional with his finish in 32:42.1...Set an 8k personal best with his finish in 25:47.4 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/13)...Set a 6k personal best with his finish in 19:54.7 at the season-opening Viking 'Rust-Buster' (9/1).

2018 INDOOR:

Shaved more than three seconds off his personal best in the 3,000 meters with his finish in 9:22.93 at the Idaho Duals (2/2)...Ran the 3,000 meters in 9:26.25 at the Bronco Invitational (1/20)...Made his PSU debut at the Vandal Invitational and Multi Events (1/12-13), finishing the mile in 4:37.28.
 

2017 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set an 8k personal best of 26:11.0 at the Bronco Invitational (10/14)...Placed as high as fifth in the Vikings' lineup during the season, which he did while finishing 84th overall in 27:58.1 at the Big Sky Championships (10/28)...Finished the men's 10k at the NCAA West Regional (11/10) in 34:13.7.
