Shaved over five seconds off his seasonal best in the 1,500 meters, finishing in 4:15.61 while closing out his season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14)...Made his outdoor season debut at the L&C Invite (4/16), finishing in 4:21.02.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Ran the mile at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26), placing 18th in 4:44.67...Shaved 12 seconds off his personal best in the mile while finishing in 4:23.60 at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13)...Knocked another five seconds off his personal best in the 3k while finishing in 8:52.33 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5)...Shaved close to 10 seconds off his 3k personal best with a time of 8:57.52 at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23).
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran his first 8k as a Viking at the L&C Invite (10/16), placing 56th overall in 25:27.1.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Finished just off his 1,500-meter personal best while running in 4:03.34 at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14-15)...Ran the 5k at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1), finishing in 15:49.25...Knocked another four seconds off 1,500-meter personal best with a time of 4:02.75 at the Lewis & Clark Invite (4/17)...Ran his first 5k as a Viking at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/3), finishing in 15:47.17...Shaved close to six seconds off his 1,500-meter personal best while finishing in 4:06.72 at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Classic (3/20).
 

2020 INDOOR:

Ran the 3k in 9:23.60 at the SPU Final Qualifier (2/29)...Placed third in the mile as part of a 1-2-3-4 Portland State finish at the Portland Indoor Three (2/22-23), setting a new personal best with his time of 4:35.30...Shaved 24 seconds off his seasonal best in the 3k while finishing in 9:07.11 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Ran the mile in 4:35.88 at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26)...Made his Viking debut at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/10-11), finishing the 3,000 meters in 9:31.07.
