2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Knocked another six seconds off her 6k personal best while finishing 28th overall in 22:41.7 at the L&C Invite (10/16)...Shaved close to 90 seconds off her 6k personal best while leading the Vikings at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/24), where she placed 12th overall in 22:47.6...Set a new personal best in the 4k while finishing in 15:30.5 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where she placed 38th overall.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Placed 17th in the 10k at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15), finishing the race at elevation in 41:21.19...Shaved 47 seconds off her personal best in the 5k while finishing in 18:23.83 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1)...Knocked another three seconds off her personal best in the 1,500 meters while running in 4:54.72 at the Lewis & Clark Invite (4/17)...Finished her first 10k at Portland State in 38:23.56 at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/3)...Shaved 13 seconds off her personal best in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 4:58.10 at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Classic (3/20)...Set a new 5k personal best with a time of 19:10.84 at the OSU PNW Team Clash (3/13).
 

2020 INDOOR:

Cracked 11 minutes for the first time in the 3,000 meters while finishing in 10:53.31 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/22-23)...Knocked another 4.5 seconds off her personal best in the 3,000 meters while finishing in 11:01.89 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Shaved 12 seconds off her personal best in the 3k while finishing in 11:06.33 at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26)...Opened her season with a time of 11:24.52 in the 3,000 meters at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/10-11).

2019 INDOOR:

Shaved close to 13 seconds off her time in the 3,000 meters with her finish in 11:18.53 at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge (2/1)...Made her indoor season debut with a time of 11:31.46 in the 3,000 meters at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).
 

2018 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a 5k personal best with her finish in 19:47.2 at the Warner Pacific XC Classic (10/13)...Set a 6k personal best with her finish in 24:57.0 at the Beaver Classic (10/20).
