2023 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 800 meters at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18), finishing in 2:02.77.
 

2023 INDOOR:

Ran his first indoor 400 as a Viking at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5), finishing in 56.45 seconds...Also ran a leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team, which finished in 3:53.14...Dropped all the way down to the 200 meters while opening his season at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), finishing in 25.75 seconds.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a new 6k personal best while finishing 47th overall in a time of 22:23.62 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2).
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Shaved two seconds off his personal best in the 1,500 meters, finishing in 4:05.37 while closing out his season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14)...Set a new seasonal best in the 800 meters with a finish in 1:58.74 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Shaved two seconds off his 1,500-meter personal best at the L&C Invite (4/16), finishing in 4:07.57...Broke two minutes in his first outdoor 800 race of the season, finishing in 1:59.87 at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2)...Ran his first 1,500-meter race as a Viking at the L&C Spring Break Open, closing with a 60-second last lap to finish in 4:09.50.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Shaved five seconds off his indoor best in the 800 while finishing in 1:59.57 at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13)...Dipped under his 800-meter time from two weeks earlier while finishing in 2:04.66 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5)...Opened his season at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23), running the 800 meters in 2:05.09, and was part of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that placed second in 3:34.09.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran his first 8k at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/24), finishing 128th overall in a time of 31:50.1...Ran his first 6k in 22:46.4 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where he placed 31st overall.

2021 OUTDOOR:

Finished the season with a fifth straight personal best in his fifth 800-meter race, running the distance in 1:57.21 at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/16)...Shaved two and a half seconds off his personal best in the 800 meters while finishing in 1:57.49 -- close to 10 seconds faster than his season opener -- at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1)...Knocked another four seconds off his 800-meter personal best, leaving him with a seven-second improvement from his debut in a span of only two weeks, while finishing in 2:00.00 at the Lewis & Clark Invite (4/17)...Shaved three seconds off his 800-meter personal best while finishing in 2:04.14 at the John Knight Twilight (4/10)...Ran his first 800-meter race as a Viking at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/3), finishing in 2:07.22...Made his Viking debut at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Classic (3/20), finishing the 400 meters in 53.39.

Did not compete in any distance events in high school, instead focusing on the sprints, vertical and horizontal jumps…Lettered in football, basketball, track & field and cross country in high school.
