Knocked a second off her personal best in the mile while finishing in 5:16.43 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/22-23)...Shaved three seconds off her personal best in the 3k while finishing in 10:35.03 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Knocked close to nine seconds off her personal best in the indoor mile while finishing in 5:17.75 at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26)...Shaved 15 seconds off her indoor best in the 3,000 meters while opening her season with a time of 10:38.17 at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/10-11).
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Finished as the Vikings' second runner at all six meets at which she competed...Moved up to to sixth all time in the 6k with her finish in 21:08.0 at the Bronco Invitational (10/19)...Moved up to eighth all time in the 4k with her finish in 14:42.2 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/7)...Recorded her first top-10 finish while placing fifth overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5)...Placed 72nd overall at the NCAA West Regional (11/15).

2019 INDOOR:

Scored for the Vikings while running a leg of the team’s distance medley relay that placed eighth in 12:30.73 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/21-23)...Moved up to ninth all time in the DMR with her team’s time at the Big Sky meet...Ran the mile in 5:26.86 at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge (2/1)...Made her indoor debut while running the 3,000 meters in 10:53.33 at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).
 

2018 CROSS COUNTRY:

Recorded her best finish in the Vikings' lineup in the last race of the season, placing as the Vikings third runner and 105th overall at the NCAA West Regional (11/9)...Set a new 6k personal best with her finish in 21:40.5 at the NCAA West Regional...Shaved 19 seconds off her PSU best in the 5k while finishing in 18:00.2 at the Big Sky Championships (10/27)...Finished the 4k in 15:17.6 at the season-opening Viking 'Rust-Buster' (9/1).
