2019 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 5,000 meters at the West Coast Invitational (5/11), finishing in 16:43.10...Knocked more than 80 seconds off his personal best in the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:57.32 at the Jay Hammer Invitational (4/13)...Shaved 16 seconds off his seasonal best in the 5,000 meters with a finish in 16:31.18 at the Pacific Open (3/30)...Ran the 5,000 meters in 16:47.60 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16)...Opened his outdoor season with a time of 4:41.87 in the 1,500 meters at the Willamette Opener (3/2).
 

2019 INDOOR:

Bettered his seasonal best in the 3,000 meters with his finish in 9:28.85 at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge (2/1)...Ran the 3,000 meters in 9:31.70 at the season-opening Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).
 

2018 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 5,000 meters in 16:16.69 at the Pelluer Invitational (4/13-14)...Shaved close to 17 seconds off his personal best in the 5,000 meters with his finish in 15:41.85 at the SF State Distance Carnival (3/30-31)...Made his outdoor debut while setting a new personal best in the 5,000 meters at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16-17), finishing in 15:58.00.
 

2018 INDOOR:

Made his indoor debut at Portland State at the Bronco Invitational (1/20) where he finished the 3,000 meters in 9:22.10.
 

2017 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed as high as fifth in the Vikings' lineup, which came at the NCAA West Regional (11/10) where he placed 190th overall in the 10k in 33:49.1...Set an 8k personal best with his finish in 26:40.6 at the Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational (9/30).

Earned 10 varsity letters in high school between cross country, track & field and swimming…Earned first-team all-conference honors in cross country as a junior and senior…Led his high school cross country team to back-to-back conference titles as a junior and senior…Helped his high school cross country team place second in the state during his senior year…Helped his high school cross country team place third in the state during his junior year...Attended Rogue Community College from 2015-17.
