2023 INDOOR:

Competed in the 3k and 5k at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25)...Ran his second 5k of the season with a time of 14:53.81 at the Husky Classic (2/10-11)...Ran his first 400-meter race as a Viking, finishing in 1:08.61 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5)...Moved up to third all time in the 5k, finishing in 14:48.44 at the UW Invitational (1/27-28)...Opened his season at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), running the mile in 4:36.36.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Ran his first-ever 10k at elevation at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/11-14), placing 15th overall in 31:49.06...Ran the 5k at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30), finishing in 14:35.15...Shaved four seconds off of his personal best in the 3k steeplechase, finishing in 9:25.46 at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/14)...Placed 10th in the open section of the 5k at the Hayward Premiere (4/1-2), finishing in 14:38.64...Moved up to 10th all-time in the 5k with a 19-second personal best of 14:29.31 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19).
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Part of the Vikings' best finish ever at the NCAA West Regional (11/12), as the team placed eighth -- eight spots better than the Vikings' best finish ever at the meet...Finished 149th overall in 33:07.5 at the NCAA West Regional...Placed 47th overall in a time of 25:22.6 as the Vikings' sixth finisher at the Big Sky Championships (10/29)...Set a 70-second personal best while finishing in 24:30.0 while placing 33rd overall at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/16)...Finished as the Vikings' fifth runner at the Bronco Invite, helping the team win the meet by 37 points over second-place Cal Poly...Finished as the Vikings' sixth runner and 166th overall the Roy Griak Invitational (9/24), where the Vikings beat three other regionally ranked teams...Moved up to fourth all-time in the 6k while finishing in 18:29.0 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where he placed 10th overall.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Doubled in the steeplechase and 5k at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15), finishing 13th in the steeple (10:00.82) and 26th in the 5k (15:31.55)...Cracked 15 minutes in the 5k at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1), finishing in 14:48.48...Shaved four seconds off his 1,500-meter personal best while cracking four minutes for the first time with a finish in 3:57.69 at the Lewis & Clark Invite (4/17)...Made his PSU debut in the steeplechase at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/3), finishing in 9:29.56...Set a new 1,500-meter personal best while finishing in 4:01.90 at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Classic (3/20).
 

2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 48th overall as the Vikings' fifth runner at the Big Sky Cross Country Winter Championships (2/21), finishing in 26:22.1
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a new 8k personal best with a finish in 25:40.3 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5)...Placed in the Vikings' top five at the Big Sky Championships (11/2), finishing 61st overall...Finished as the Vikings' sixth runner and 144th overall at the NCAA West Regional (11/15)...Set a new 10k personal best at the NCAA West Regional, finishing in 32:32.2.
