Made his season debut at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9), finishing the 3,000 meters in 9:06.83.
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Moved up to fifth all time in the 6k with a time of 19:07.6 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/7)...Recorded his top-10 finish while leading the Vikings at a meet for the first time at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5)...Set a new 8k personal best with a finish in 24:55.4 at the Charles Bowles Invite...Placed as the Vikings' fifth runner and 141st overall at the NCAA West Regional (11/15)...Set a new 10k personal best with a time of 32:28.1 at the NCAA West Regional.

Moved up to 10th all time in the 10,000 meters at Portland State with a finish in 31:55.30 at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/8-11)...Shaved over 10 seconds off his personal best in the 5,000 meters while finishing in 14:54.89 at the OSU High Performance meet (4/26-27)...Ran his first 3,000-meter race as a Viking while finishing in 8:54.09 at the Jay Hammer Invitational (4/13)...Set a new personal best in the 5,000 meters with a finish in 15:05.38 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (3/29)...Placed second as part of a 1-2-3 PSU finish in the 5,000 meters at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16), finishing in 15:16.31.
 

2019 INDOOR:

Competed in the 5,000 meters at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/21-23), finishing 20th overall in 16:19.50...Bettered his seasonal best in the 3,000 meters by close to eight seconds with his finish in 9:04.45 at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge (2/1)...Ran the 3,000 meters in 9:12.21 at the season-opening Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).
 

2018 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set personal bests in the 6k, 8k and 10k during the season...Recorded his highest finish ever in the Vikings' lineup while placing as the team's second runner and 33rd overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/29)...Set an 8k personal best with his finish in 25:24.8 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/13)...Set a 6k personal best with his finish in 20:42.7 at the Viking 'Rust-Buster' (9/1)...Set a 10k personal best with his finish in 32:42.1 at the NCAA West Regional (11/9).

Shaved more than 25 seconds off his personal best in the 3,000 meters with his finish in 8:53.53 at the Idaho Duals (2/2)...Made his PSU debut at the Bronco Invitational (1/20), finishing the 3,000 meters in 9:18.89.

Attended the Colorado School of Mines from 2015-16…Graduated from La Salle Catholic College Preparatory in 2015…Lettered in cross country and track & field during all four years of high school…Set the school record in the 5,000 meters at La Salle as a senior in 2015…Named MVP of his cross country and track & field teams as a senior…Honored with the Track & Field Lasallian Player Award as a senior…Part of 2015 Colorado School of Mines Men’s Cross Country team that won the school’s first-ever national championship….Helped his high school cross country team to the 4A state title in 2013.
