Recorded his season best in time at the Big Sky Championship, 23:18.24, and finished 22-of-63 (Oct. 30) ... Ran a 31:42.18 at the NCAA West Regional in Eugene, Ore., and finished 95th (Nov. 13).

2010 INDOOR:
Competed in five meets, including the Big Sky Championship ... Primarily ran the 3,000-meters ... Progressively improved time in the 3,000 in each regular season race ... Ran a career-best  8:29.20 at the Husky Classic (Feb. 13) ... Opened season with an 8:38.90 at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 16) and followed with an 8:34.15 at the UW Invitational (Jan. 30).

2010 OUTDOOR:
Ran in five meets ... Opened season in the 3,000-meters at the Oregon Preview and recorded an 8:46.97 (March 20) ... Broke 15 minutes in the 5,000-meters at the Mondo Invitational with a career-best 14:54.29 (April 17) ... Ran the 10,000-meters at the Big Sky Championship and finished 13th with a 32:39.19 (May 14).

LOS ANGELES VALLEY:
Competed two years on cross country and track teams at Los Angles Valley Community College … Was named California Community College State Track Athlete of the Year for 2008-09 season … California Community Colleges All-America … Placed fourth at 2008 state cross country championship … Placed fourth in 10,000m at 2009 state championships.
