2022 INDOOR:

Finished the mile in 4:27.25 at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13)...Ran his first-ever indoor 800-meter race as a Viking, finishing in 1:58.83 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5).
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Helped lead the Vikings to their best finish ever at the NCAA West Regional (11/12), as the team finished 8th -- eight spots better than their previous best finish at the meet...Finished 60th in 31:09.8 at the NCAA West Regional, 30 seconds faster than his previous best and keeping him sixth all-time in the 10k...Placed 20th overall in 24:26.9 as the Vikings' second finisher at the Big Sky Championships (10/29)...Led a trio of Vikings who all placed in the top five and cracked 24 minutes in the 8k at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/16)...Moved up to third all-time in the 8k while finishing second overall in 23:40.9 at the Bronco Invite, where the Vikings placed first as a team, 37 points ahead of second-place Cal Poly...Helped lead the Vikings to victories over three other regionally ranked teams at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/24), where he placed 29th overall in 25:15.2 as the Vikings' second runner...Moved up to third all-time in the 6k while finishing in 18:28.0 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where he placed ninth overall.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Closed his season with a personal best in the 5k, finishing in 14:47.21 at the Stumptown Twilight (6/3)...Became the Vikings' first NCAA West Prelims qualifier in the men's steeplechase...Placed 26th overall and ninth in his heat in the steeplechase at the NCAA West Prelims (5/27-29), finishing in 9:03.32...Scored for the Vikings with a seventh-place finish in the steeplechase at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15), finishing in 9:30.30 despite a fall during the race and running at elevation...Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 3:52.98 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1)...Shaved 11 seconds off his own school record in the steeplechase, finishing in 8:56.64 at the Oregon Relays (4/23-24)...Broke a 39-year-old school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase while finishing in 9:07.69 at the Hayward Premiere (4/2)...Shaved more than 45 seconds off his personal best in the steeplechase with his time at the Hayward Premiere.
 

2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 27th overall as the Vikings' third runner at the Big Sky Cross Country Winter Championships (2/27), finishing in 25:31.8...Moved up to seventh all-time in 8,000-meter races at 4,000 feet of elevation or above.
 

2020 INDOOR:

Scored for the Vikings as part of the team’s Distance Medley Relay team that placed eighth at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27-29)...DMR team ran the eighth-best time in school history at the Big Sky meet...Also ran the 3k at the Big Sky meet, finishing 38th in 9:15.66...Moved up to ninth all time in the mile while shaving 10 seconds off his personal best with his finish in 4:16.39 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Opened his season with a time of 8:41.83 in the 3,000 meters at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26).
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Moved up to sixth all time in the 10,000 meters while finishing in 31:40.9 at the NCAA West Regional (11/15)...Placed as the Vikings' second runner and 95th overall at the NCAA West Regional...Finished as the Vikings second runner at three of the five meets at which he competed...Was the Vikings' top runner at the Cougar Classic (9/13)...Set a new personal best in the 8k with a time of 25:04.2 at the Bronco Invitational (10/19).

Shaved 16 seconds off his personal best in the steeplechase while finishing in 9:53.15 and placing 13th overall at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/8-11)...Won his section of the 1,500 meters in a personal-best 4:03.86 at the OSU High Performance meet (4/26-27)...Finished his first counting steeplechase at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/17-19), crossing the line in 10:09.74...Ran the 5,000 meters in 15:31.98 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16).
 

2019 INDOOR:

Scored for the Vikings as a member of the distance medley relay team that placed eighth in a time of 10:41.95 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/21-23)...Also competed in the mile at the Big Sky meet, finishing 24th in a time of 4:31.64...Placed eighth in the mile in a time of 4:26.74 at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).
 

2018 CROSS COUNTRY:

Recorded his first-career top-10 finish with a ninth-place overall finish at the season-opening Viking 'Rust-Buster' (9/1)...Finished the 6k at the Viking 'Rust-Buster' in 19:28.7, moving him up to fifth all time at the distance at Portland State...Set an 8k personal best with his finish in 27:24 at the Cougar Classic (9/14).
