Academic All-Big Sky Conference

Has become a big-play player on the offense and a part of a dynamic receiving corps... versatile player as a former quarterback... has great hands and serves as the holder on special teams... has scored 10 TDs on 42 career receptions... should have two big seasons ahead.

SOPHOMORE SEASON • 2019
Emerged as one of the Vikings’ top playmakers... competed in all 12 games, starting the last eight... had 38 receptions for 626 yards and eight touchdowns... led the team in TDs and was second in receptions and yards... had two 100-yard games... led the team in receptions in four games and in receiving yards twice... caught four passes for 107 yards and two TDs in the win over Simon Fraser (9/7)... had seven catches for 96 yards and a score in the win over Eastern Oregon (9/21)... made five receptions for a career-high 108 yards and a touchdown in the win over Southern Utah (10/5)... made a fumble recovery on special teams in that game as well... caught seven passes for 92 yards and two TDs in the season finale at Eastern Washington (11/23)... also was the holder on special teams... earned Academic All-Big Sky Conference.

FRESHMAN SEASON • 2018
Moved to wide receiver, but also saw brief time at quarterback and is the holder on special teams... played in 10 games, starting two at wide receiver... had four receptions for 121 yards and two touchdowns... also had one rushing play for five yards... caught two passes for 105 yards and a touchdown against College of Idaho (9/15)... had a 10-yard TD reception at Idaho (9/22)... a redshirt in 2017.

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE
Lettered in football and basketball four years at Berkeley Prep... earned honorable mention All-County... National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete... completed 68-140 passes for 1,076 yards and 13 touchdowns as a senior.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Son of Dirk and Kim Koetter... has one brother, Derek, and two sisters, Kendra and Kaylee... majoring in Business Administration: Management and Leadership... father Dirk is the former head coach of Boise State and Arizona State and has coached in the NFL for the past 13 seasons... would like to become a football coach as well.
