Should be a key player in the middle of the Viking defense in 2018... expected to be a leader and a playmaker... good size and athleticism. 

JUNIOR SEASON • 2017
Started all 11 games at middle linebacker... had a team-high 91 tackles for the season... also had five tackles for loss, one sack, two pass breakups and a fumble recovery... led the team in tackles in three games... had three double-figure tackle games... made a team season-high 16 tackles at Cal Poly (11/4)... registered 12 tackles and a tackle for loss at Idaho State (10/21)... had 11 tackles against Montana (9/30).

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE
Played two seasons at Chaffey College in California... made 34 tackles, three tackles for loss, a sack and a fumble recovery as a sophomore.

Lettered in football at Norco High School... had 88 tackles, five tackles for loss and two sacks as a senior, earning All-Conference honors.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Son of Kelvin and Tanisha Jackett... has four brothers, Kelvin Jr., Kile, Kortez and Kyler... majoring in Business Marketing... hobbies are playing basketball and video games... would like to play in the NFL and work in Business.
