Upped her personal best in the shot put by over two feet with a throw of 29-01.75 (8.88m) at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Threw the shot put 25-06.25 (7.78m) at the Ed Jacoby Invitational (1/24-25)...Opened her season at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/10-11), finishing with a mark of 26-11.00 (8.20m) in the shot put.
 

2019 OUTDOOR:

Improved her personal best in the javelin by more than 16 feet with a throw of 111-08 (34.05m) at the John Knight Twilight (4/5)...Came within two inches of her personal best with a throw of 95-05 (29.09m) at the Pacific Open (3/30)...Opened her season with a new personal best in the javelin, finishing with a mark of 95-07 (29.15m) at the Rich Allen Classic (3/16).
 

2019 INDOOR:

Did not compete during the season.
 

2018 OUTDOOR:

Set personal bests in the long jump and javelin at the Pacific Twilight Invitational (4/27)...Bettered her personal best in the javelin for the second straight meet with a throw of 85-04 (26.00m) at the Pelluer Invitational (4/13-14)...Set a new personal best in the javelin at the Al Manuel Northwest Dual Invite (3/31), throwing 79-08 (24.29m)...Made her PSU debut while competing in the heptathlon at the Boxer Combined Event (3/27-28), where she placed tied for 11th with 2,976 points.

NEWBERG HIGH SCHOOL:

Holds the Newberg high school record in the pole vault…Became the first girl from Newberg high school to go to the state meet in the pole vault…First-team all-league in the pole vault…First-team all-league in the 4x100m relay...Second-team all-league in the high jump…Also competed in volleyball and basketball in high school...Earned honorable mention all-league in volleyball and basketball.
