Ran the 5,000 meters in 16:13.61 at the Linfield Open (5/4)...Placed eighth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:05.26 at the Jay Hammer Invitational (4/13)...Ran his first 1,500-meter race as a Viking at the John Knight Twilight (4/5), finishing in 4:27.40...Improved his seasonal best in the 5,000 meters by 13 seconds with a finish in 16:22.43 at the Pacific Open (3/30)...Made his season debut while running the 5,000 meters in 16:35.74 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16).

2018 OUTDOOR:
Set a new PSU personal best in the 5,000 meters with his finish in 15:53.80 at the Pacific Twilight Invitational (4/27)...Placed third in the 5,000 meters in 16:02.65 at the Pelluer Invitational (4/13-14)...Made his PSU track debut at the Pacific Open (3/31), where he ran the 5,000 meters in 15:57.44.

Set an 8k personal best of 25:52.3 at the Bronco Invitational (10/14)...Set a 10k personal best of 33:32.4 at the NCAA West Regional (11/10)...Placed as high as second in the Vikings' lineup, which he did at the Sundodger Invitational (9/16).

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE:
Competed for Lane Community College from 2015-17…Won back-to-back NWAC team titles in track & field in 2016 and 2017…Won the NWAC team title in cross country in 2016…Named Outstanding Athlete at Lane Community College in 2015…Earned a cross country coaches award in 2012.
