Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 5,000 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/10-13), placing 14th in 9:31.14 and 17th in 15:02.53, respectively...Knocked eight seconds off his PR in the 5,000 meters with a finish in 14:48.11 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29)...Shaved 17 seconds off his personal best in the steeplechase while moving up to sixth all-time in the event at PSU with his time of 9:23.10 at the Triton Invitational (4/22)...Ran his first outdoor 1,500 meters as a Viking at the John Knight Twilight (4/7), finishing in 4:12.16...Moved up to ninth all-time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase while making his PSU debut in the event at the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival (3/31)...Finished the steeplechase in 9:40.85 at the Bob Larsen meet...Opened his outdoor season at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18), finishing the 5,000 meters in 14:56.23.

2017 INDOOR:
Competed in the distance medley relay at the Big Sky Championships (2/23-25), placing 12th in 10:57.64...Knocked nine seconds off his indoor personal best in the mile while finishing in 4:26.09 at the UW Indoor Open (2/12)...Ran the mile at the Cougar Indoor Invitational (2/4) in 4:35.35...Made his indoor track debut at the Idaho Duals (2/3), finishing the 3,000 meters in 9:00.37.

2016 CROSS COUNTRY:
Finished as the Vikings' first or second runner at all six meets during the season...Led the Vikings at the first two meets of the season...Posted a top-five finish at his first meet of the season at the John Frank Oregon State Invitational (9/3)..Moved up to fourth all-time in the cross country 10,000 meters with his finish in 31:58.90 at the NCAA West Regional (11/11)...Moved up to seventh all-time in the 8,000 meters with his finish in 24:38.10 at the Bronco Invitational (10/15)...Beat his previous best 8k time by 38 seconds at the Bronco Invitational.
