2017 OUTDOOR:
Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in the 100 meters, making her just the second Viking to ever qualify for the NCAA regional meet during all four years of her career...Placed tied for 37th in the first round of the 100 meters at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds (5/25-17) with a time of 11.54 seconds...Swept the 100 and 200 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/10-13), giving her four Big Sky titles between the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2017...Became only the second Viking ever to win four Big Sky titles in one year, joining Jernise Saunders, who matched Settle with the Big Sky titles in the indoor 60, indoor 200, outdoor 100 and outdoor 200 in 2009...Tied the school record for most outdoor individual titles in school history (3) with her wins at the Big Sky meet, and moved into a tie for the second-most individual titles overall (5)...Took over the career lead for points scored at the Big Sky outdoor meet with her 100-200 sweep...Won the Big Sky title in the 100 meters in a seasonal-best 11.48 seconds...Won the title in the 200 meters while finishing in 23.72 seconds, one-hundredth of a second behind her seasonal best in the event...Swept the 100 and 200 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29)...Won the 200 meters in a seasonal-best 23.71 seconds at the OSU meet, retaking the Big Sky lead in the event...Set Big Sky-leading times in the 100 and 200 meters at the Texas Invitational (4/14-15)...Beat the Big Sky-leading time in the 100 by more than two-tenths of a second with her time of 11.51 seconds at the Texas Invite...Beat her own Big Sky-leading time in the 200 meters with her time of 23.91 seconds at the Texas Invite...Lowered her then-Big Sky-leading time in the 100 meters to 11.82 seconds at the Legends of Track & Field Invitational (3/31-4/1)...Named Big Sky Athlete of the Week after winning the 200 meters in 24.09 seconds at the Willamette Invitational (3/25)...Opened her outdoor season in the 100 and 200 meters at the Trojan Invitational (3/18)...Ducked under 24 seconds while making her 200-meter season debut in 23.97 seconds.

2017 INDOOR:
Swept the Big Sky titles in the 60 and 200 meters, becoming just the second Viking ever to do so and first since Jernise Saunders in 2009...Set the school, championship and conference records while winning the 200-meter title in 23.75 seconds...Moved into a tie for third all-time at Portland State and fifth all-time in the Big Sky with her winning time of 7.44 seconds in the 60 meters...Aslo scored for the Vikings with a seventh-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the Big Sky meet...Moved up to sixth all-time at Portland State with her relay’s time of 3:50.99 at the Big Sky meet...Set then-seasonal bests in the 60 and 200 meters at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational (2/10-11), finishing in times of 7.55 and 24.27 seconds, respectively...Set a new seasonal best in the 60 meters while placing second with her time of 7.61 seconds at the Cougar Indoor Invitational (2/4)...Swept the 60 and 200 meters at the Idaho Duals (2/3)...Lowered her Big Sky-leading time in the 200 meters to 24.66 seconds with her finish at the UW Invitational (1/27-28)...Also helped lower the Vikings’ 4x400-meter relay time by over eight seconds at the UW Invite...Opened her season at the UW Indoor Preview (1/14/17) while competing in the 60, 200 and 4x400-meter relay...Advanced to the prelims of the 60 meters with her time of 7.64 seconds in the qualifying round...Became the first athlete in the Big Sky to crack 25 seconds in the 200 meters with her time of 24.91 seconds.

2016 OUTDOOR:
Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in the 100m and 200m, becoming just the fifth Viking athlete to qualify in both events in the same season...Won the Big Sky title in the 100 meters...Tied the Big Sky Championship record with her winning time of 11.46 seconds in the 100 meters...Moved up to third all-time in the 100 meters at Portland State and tied for second in the Big Sky with her time at the Big Sky meet...Almost won the Big Sky title in the 200 meters as well, but finished second by one-hundredth of a second, finishing in 23.42 seconds behind Weber State’s Aaliyah Crawford’s winning time of 23.41...Still broke the school record with her time in the 200 meters at the Big Sky meet, beating the old record of 23.46 that former world qualifier Karene King set in 2011...Also would have broken the Big Sky Conference record in the 200 if not for Crawford, but still ranks second all-time in the conference...Also earned All-Big Sky honors while placing third with the Vikings’ 4x100-meter relay team in 46.12 seconds at the Big Sky meet...Scored for the Vikings in the 4x400-meter relay as well, finishing fourth with the team in 3:48.77...Came within a hundredth of a second of her personal best in the 100 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30), finishing in 11.71 seconds...Cracked 24 seconds in the outdoor 200 meters for the first time in her career with her finish in 23.90 seconds at the Triton Invitational (4/23), the second straight week in which she set a new PR in the event...Moved up to fifth all-time in the 200 meters with her finish at the Triton Invite...Also ran the 100, 4x100 and 4x400 at the Triton Invite, and moved up to third all-time in the 4x4 with her finish at the meet...Originally set a new personal best in the 200 with her finish in 24.14 seconds at the Oregon Relays (4/15-16)...Also won the 100 while tying her personal best of 11.70 seconds at the Oregon Relays...Won the 4x100-meter relay at the John Knight Twilight (4/8), finishing in 46.43 seconds...Also placed second in the long jump with a mark of 18-05.25 (5.62m) at the John Knight Twilight...Competed in the 100, 200, 4x100 and 4x400 at the Mondo Mid-Major Team Challenge (4/2)...Helped set the school record in the 4x400-meter relay at the Mondo meet, finishing in 3:46.38...Set seasonal bests in the 100 and 200 meters at the Mondo meet, finishing in 11.86 and 24.28 seconds, respectively...Ran the 100 and 200 meters at the Aztec Invitational (3/26), finishing with times of 11.87 and 24.61 seconds, respectively...Competed in the 200 meters and long jump at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Open (3/19)...Met the Big Sky qualifying standard while winning the 200 meters in 24.45 seconds at the Lewis & Clark meet.

2016 INDOOR:
One of only two athletes to earn All-Big Sky honors in two events at the Big Sky Championships (2/25-27), as she placed second in the 60 meters and third in the 200 meters...Set a new personal best in the prelims of the 60 meters, finishing in 7.50 seconds...Also competed in the long jump at the Big Sky meet...Swept the 60 and 200 meters at the Portland Indoor Invitational (2/4)...Won the 60 meters at the Portland Indoor Invite in a then-seasonal-best 7.63 seconds...Won the 200 meters at her second straight meet at the TrackTown USA High Performance Meet #4 (2/5), winning in 24.72 seconds...Set a new personal best in the long jump at the Husky Classic (2/13), finishing with a mark of 18-03.25 (5.57m)...Named the Big Sky Indoor Track Athlete of the Week on Jan. 26 after setting seasonal bests in the 60 and 200 meters at the Bronco Invitational (1/23)...Won the 60 meters at the Bronco Invite in 7.67 seconds, and placed second in the 200 meters in 24.48 seconds...Competed in the 60 meters, 200 meters and long jump at the UW Indoor Preview (1/16)...Finished the 60 meters in 7.69 seconds, the 200 meters in 25.43 seconds and jumped 16-10.00 (5.13m) in the long jump at the UW Indoor Preview.

2015 OUTDOOR:
All-Big Sky performer in the long jump...Regional qualifier in the 4x100-meter relay...Scored 14 points for the Vikings at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/13-16) between a third-place finish in the long jump and a pair of fifth-place finishes in the 100 and 200 meters...Set a new personal best in the long jump at the Big Sky meet, finishing with a mark of 19-01.50 (5.83m)...Moved up to eighth all-time in the long jump at Portland State with her mark at the Big Sky meet...Broke the school record in the 4x100-meter relay at the NCAA West Preliminary (5/28-30), finishing in 44.96 seconds...Won the 100 meters in a personal-best 11.70 seconds at the OSU High Performance meet (5/1)...Moved up to fifth all-time in the 100 meters at Portland State with her time at the OSU meet...Also set a new personal best in the 200 meters with her time of 24.21 seconds in the prelims of the event at the Big Sky meet...Moved up to sixth all-time in the 200 meters at Portland State off of her time in the prelims at the Big Sky meet.

2015 INDOOR:
All-Big Sky performer while placing third in the 200 meters at the Big Sky Championships (2/28)...Also scored for the Vikings with a fourth-place finish in the 60 meters at the Big Sky meet...Finished the 60 in a personal-best 7.51 seconds at the Big Sky meet, moving up to sixth all-time in the event at Portland State...Named Big Sky Women's Track Athlete of the Week after becoming just the second Viking women's track athlete to ever crack 24 seconds in the 200 meters...Won her athlete of the week award with a time of 23.92 seconds at the Scarlet & White Invitational (2/7)...Moved up to second all-time in the 200 at Portland State with her time at the Scarlet & White Invitational...Also set a personal best in the long jump wtih a mark of 17-08.75 (5.40m) at the UW Indoor Preview (1/17).

2014 OUTDOOR:
Part of the Vikings’ Big Sky-champion 4x100-meter relay team that won the conference title in a school-record 45.11 seconds…Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary meet in the 100 meters and 4x100-meter relay…Finished 36th in the first round of the NCAA West Preliminary in 11.99 seconds… Placed 20th in the 4x100-meter relay in 46.39 seconds at the NCAA West Preliminary…Scored in the 100 and 200 meters at the Big Sky Championships (5/14-17), finishing fifth and sixth in the events, respectively…Ran the finals of the 100 at the Big Sky meet in a wind-aided 11.67 seconds…Ran the finals of the 200 at the Big Sky meet in 24.49 seconds…Swept the 100- and 200-meter titles at the OSU High Performance meet (5/2) with wind-legal seasonal-best times of 11.75 and 24.35 seconds, respectively…Moved up to fifth all-time in the 100 at Portland State, and seventh all-time in the 200 meters with her times at the OSU High Performance meet…Won the 100 meters in 12.00 seconds at the season-opening Oregon Preview (3/22)…Competed in the long jump at one meet during the season, jumping 14-01.75 (4.31m) while finishing 10th in the event at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge (4/11).

2014 INDOOR:
Scored for the Vikings with an eighth-place finish in the 60 meters at the Big Sky Championships (3/1/14), finishing in 7.68 seconds…Set a personal best of 7.60 seconds in the prelims of the 60 meters at the Big Sky Championships…Moved into a tie for seventh all-time in the 60 meters with her time in the prelims of the conference meet…Set a personal best of 24.63 seconds with a second-place finish in the collegiate 200 meters at the Armory Collegiate Invitational (2/7/14)…Ranks tied for seventh all-time in the 200 meters with her time at the Armory Collegiate Invitational…Set a personal best of 17-02.00 (5.23m) in the long jump at the UW Indoor Preview (1/18/14).

ESTACADA HIGH SCHOOL:
Four-year letterwinner in track and field and three-year letterwinner in volleyball at Estacada…Four-time 4A state individual champion…Won the state title in the 200 meters as a sophomore and junior, and won the 100 meters and 4x100-meter relay as a junior and senior, respectively…Also placed second in state in the long jump as a junior, and second and third in the 100 and 200 meters, respectively, as a senior…Team placed third in state during her sophomore season in 2011…Two-time all-league honorable mention in volleyball.
 
PERSONAL/MISCELLANEOUS:
Daughter of Duke and Dana Settle…Has three brothers, Tyson, Chase and Kaden, and one sister, Jacie…Graduated in the top five of her class at Estacada High School…Lists church activities, drawing and volleyball as hobbies…Hopes to find a career in social work or occupational therapy…Plans to major in social work or a health-related field.
