2017 INDOOR:
Competed in the 200 and 400 meters at the Big Sky Championships (2/23-25), and ran a leg on the Vikings’ 4x400-meter relay team...Set a personal best and seasonal best of 25.01 and 56.88 seconds in the 200 and 400 meters, respectively, at the Big Sky meet...Scored for the Vikings with a seventh-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the Big Sky meet...Moved up to sixth all-time in the 4x400-meter relay with the relay team’s finish in 3:50.99...Ran the 200 and 400 meters at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational (2/10-11), finishing in 25.38 and 57.12 seconds, respectively...Won the 400 meters in a then-seasonal-best time of 57.01 seconds at the Idaho Duals (2/3)...Placed second in the 200 meters at the Idaho Duals, again in a then-seasonal-best time of 25.30 seconds...Ran her first 400-meter race of the season at the UW Inviational (1/27-28), where she finished in 57.22 seconds...Anchored the Vikings’ 4x400-meter relay team that shaved more than eight seconds off its time two weeks ago with its finish in 3:53.76 at the UW Invite...Opened her season at the UW Indoor Preview (1/14) while competing in the 60, 200 and 4x400-meter relay...Set a new personal best in the 60 meters with her time of 7.85 seconds in the qualifying round of the event.

2016 INDOOR:
Competed in the 200, 400 and 4x400-meter relay at the Big Sky Championships (2/25-27)...Scored for the Vikings with a sixth-place finish in the 400 meters at the Big Sky meet, as well as fifth-place finish as a member of the Vikings’ 4x400-meter relay team...Set a new personal best in the 400 meters at the Husky Classic (2/12-13), finishing in 56.78 seconds...Competed in the 60 meters, 200 meters and 4x400-meter relay at the Portland Indoor Invitational (2/4/16)...Placed second in the finals of the 60 meters (7.89) at the Portland Indoor Invite, as well as third in the 200 meters (25.27)...Won the 4x400-meter relay with the Vikings’ team at the Portland Indoor Invite, finishing in 3:50.57...Made an impressive debut in the 400 meters at the UW Indoor Preview (1/16), finishing in 57.36 seconds to move up to fifth all-time in the event at Portland State after her first race as a Viking...Also competed in the 200 meters at the UW Indoor Preview, finishing in 25.75 seconds...Ran the 200 meters, 400 meters and 4x400-meter relay at the Bronco Invitational (1/23)...Set new personal bests in the 200 (25.37 seconds) and 400 (57.28 seconds), and was part of the Vikings’ winning 4x400-meter relay team that finished in 3:52.38 at the Bronco Invite...Moved up to ninth all-time in the 4x400-meter relay with her team’s time at the Bronco Invite...Lowered his personal best in the 400 meters again at the UW Invitational (1/29-30), finishing in 57.15 seconds.

NEWPORT HIGH SCHOOL:
Swept the 4A state titles in the 100, 200 and 400 meters as a senior in 2015…Named Athlete of the Meet at the 2015 OSAA 4A State Championship…Placed third with her 4x400-meter relay team at the state meet in 2015…Helped her team place second in state in 2013 and 2015…Part of two straight district title-winning teams in 2012 and 2013…Placed third in the 100 and 400 meters, as well as fourth in the 200 meters, at the 4A state meet as a junior in 2014…Voted Newport High School’s most valuable athlete in 2014 and 2015…Also played soccer for three seasons in high school…Named to the honor roll during all four years of high school…Graduated with an honors diploma.
