Three-time Big Sky All-Academic Team selection (2008-10)
2010 SEASON:
Academic All-Big Sky selection ... Earned a pair of singles victories in Big Sky play, Weber State (April 10) and Idaho State (April 17) ... Won first doubles match of the season versus Southern Oregon (Feb. 19) ... Notched second doubles win two days later against SeattleU (Feb. 21) ... Earned a victory at No. 2 against Lewis & Clark (March 7).
2009 SEASON:
Selected to All-Big Sky Academic Team for second straight year ... Finished season with a record of 5-18 ... Also won five matches in doubles play, three with Molly Knox ... Was 2-6 in Big Sky singles play ... Posted a win at No. 3 in opening weekend of play against SeattleU, 6-3, 6-2 (Jan. 18).
2008 SEASON:
Finished the year with a 7-16 record ... notched first collegiate victory at the AIr Force Invitational against Tiffany Talmadge of Colorado State-Pueblo ... won consecutive matches 6-0, 6-0 against Lewis & Clark's Alix Dixon on Feb. 17 and Linfield College's Andrea Peterson on Feb. 23 ... was the only Viking to defeat her Washington State competitor on April 12, topping Kara Konomos 7-5, 6-4 ... posted a 5-18 doubles record with teammate Alyssa Ferry.
PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE:
A Three-year letterwinner at Bountiful High School... made it to the state semifinals all three years... scholar athlete and team captain... was a part of two team state championships.
PERSONAL:
Born December 2, 1988 ... daughter of Stacy and Stephanie Stocking ... enjoys knitting ... wants to become an orthopedic surgeon ... favorite sport other than tennis is volleyball ... favorite athlete is John Stockton ... majoring in heath sciences.
