Played for Viking assistant coach Jase Coburn at Howard JC in 2012-13 and at McClintock High where they won a state championship together... also a teammate of former Viking DaShaun Wiggins. 

COACH GEVING SAYS: “Cam can score it, he really knows how to put the ball in the hoop. It will be interesting to see his transition to our system and fitting into it. From 15 feet and in he knows how to score in a variety of ways.”

PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Played two seasons at the University of Georgia... in 2014-15, played in 31 games, starting once... averaged 4.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and shot .567 from the field in 12.9 minutes per game... averaged 4.6 points and 3.4 rebounds in 17.4 minutes during SEC games... hit the game-winning field goal with seven seconds left in overtime against Alabama... as a junior played in 33 games, starting seven... averaged 3.4 points, 2.0 rebounds while shooting .591 in 8.8 minutes per game.

College career began with one season at Howard (TX) Junior College... averaged 22.5 points, fourth nationally, during the 2012-13 season... team was 30-7, reaching the NJCAA quarterfinals... also grabbed 7.5 rebounds and shot 63% from the field... named to the All-Region 5 team.

Attended McClintock High School in Tempe, AZ... averaged 36.2 points and 12.7 rebounds as his team reached the Arizona 4A state championship game... twice named All-Arizona by the Arizona Republic newspaper... named area Player of the Year as a junior by the East Valley Tribune.
