Ready to make an impact this season after a redshirt year in 2014... moved from linebacker up to defensive end during preseason practice.

PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Lettered in football, swimming and track at McNary High School... named first team All-League and honorable mention All-State as a senior... also team Defensive MVP... selected to compete in the Les Schwab Bowl All-Star game... a four-time competitor in the state championship in swimming... named the 2013-14 Swimmer of the Year by the Salem Statesman-Journal... competed in the track and field state championship two years in the long jump and high jump.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Son of Fraser and Virginia Groves... has three brothers, JD, Kenneth and Kevin, and one sister, Monica... would like to major in Mechanical Engineering... hobbies are relaxing, exploring, hiking, watching movies, tennis and spike ball... also an elementary school mentor.
