2016 OUTDOOR:
Competed in the 800 meters for the Vikings at the Big Sky Championships (5/11-14), finishing the prelims 19th overall in 2:16.29...Won the ‘B’ Section of the 800 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30) in 2:15.00...Dipped under 2:15 in the 800 for the first time at the Triton Invitational (4/23), finishing in 2:14.92...Finished the 800 meters in 2:16.10 for a second time at the Oregon Relays (4/15-16)...Made her outdoor debut in the 400 meters at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Open (3/19), finishing in 59.53 seconds...Ran the 800 meters at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (4/1), finishing in 2:16.10.

2016 INDOOR:
Competed in the 800 meters at the Big Sky Championships (2/25-27)...Set a new personal best in the 800 meters at three straight meets, finishing the streak with a time of 2:15.67 at the Husky Classic (2/13)...Moved up to ninth all-time in the indoor 800 at PSU with her time at the Husky Classic...Broke her personal best in the 800 meters at back-to-back meets a week before the Husky Classic, finishing in 2:17.67 at the Portland Indoor Invitational (2/4), and 2:17.20 at the TrackTown USA High Performance Meet #4 (2/5)...Ran the 800 meters at the UW Indoor Preview (1/16), finishing in 2:22.72...Ran in the 400 and 4x400-meter relay at the Bronco Invitational (1/23)...Won the 4x400-meter relay with the Vikings’ team at the Bronco Invite, finishing in 3:52.28.

2015 OUTDOOR:
Part of school record-breaking 4x400-meter relay team that placed fifth at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/13-16) in 3:46.96...Also competed in the 800 meters for the Vikings at the Big Sky meet...Set a new personal best in the 800 meters with her time of 2:14.24 at the OSU High Performance meet (5/1).

2015 INDOOR:
Scored for the Vikings as part of the distance medley relay and 4x400-meter relay teams that placed seventh in each event at the Big Sky Championships (2/27-28)...Part of the Vikings' distance medley relay team that moved up to second all-time at Portland State with its time of 12:13.26 at the UW Invitational (1/30)...Also ran the 400 and 800 meters during the season...Ran a seasonal-best time of 59.61 seconds in the 400 at the Crimson Elite Meet (2/6)...Finished the 800 in a seasonal-best 2:18.31 at the Scarlet & White Invitational (2/7).

2014 OUTDOOR:
Did not compete during the outdoor season.

2014 INDOOR:
Part of the Vikings’ 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth at the Big Sky Championships (3/1/14) in 3:47.43…Moved to third all-time in the 4x400-meter relay with her team’s time at the conference meet…Also part of the Vikings’ 4x400-meter relay team that ranks ninth all-time after finishing in 3:54.67 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/18/14)…Set a personal best in the 400 meters with a time of 58.84 at the Husky Classic (2/15/14)…Ranks ninth all-time in the 400 meters with her time in the Husky Classic.

Named an All-Academic Student-Athlete as a freshman in 2013…Ran the 200, 400 and relays during the indoor season for the Cougars…Ran the 200, 400, 800 and relays during the outdoor season…Ran indoor season bests in the indoor 200 meters (26.71 seconds) and 400 meters (58.43 seconds) at the WSU Cougar Indoor (1/25/13)…Ran an outdoor season-best 26.45 in the 200 meters at the WSU Cougar Invitational (4/20/13)…Ran an outdoor season-best 57.35 in the 400 meters at the Trojan Invitational (3/22/13)…Ran an outdoor season-best 2:15.34 in the 800 meters at the Oregon Pepsi Invitational (4/6/13).
