2016 OUTDOOR:
Helped set the school record in the 4x400-meter relay at 3:14.43 at the Big Sky Championships (5/11-14)...Also helped the Vikings score with an eighth-place finish in the 4x100-meter relay at the Big Sky meet, finishing in 41.19 seconds, the third-best time in school history and best since 1999...Set a seasonal best in the 200 meters in the prelims at the Big Sky meet, finishing in 21.62 seconds for his best finish since 2014...Cracked 22 seconds in the 200 meters for the first time this season with his finish in 21.97 seconds at the Oregon Relays (4/15-16)...Helped break the meet record in the 4x100-meter relay at the John Knight Twilight, finishing with a winning time of 41.70 seconds...Also won the 4x400-meter relay at the John Knight Twilight, finishing in 3:17.84...Competed in the 200, 400 and 4x100-meter relay at the Mondo Mid-Major Team Challenge (4/2)...Hit the Big Sky qualifying mark with his time of 48.90 seconds in the 400 meters at the Mondo meet...Won the 4x100-meter relay for the second straight meet at the Mondo meet...Finished the 200 in 22.17 seconds at the season-opening Lewis & Clark Spring Break Open (3/19)...Also won the 4x100-meter relay with the Vikings at the meet at Lewis & Clark.

Competed in the 400 meters and 4x400-meter relay at the Big Sky Championships (2/25-27)...Anchored the Vikings’ win in the 4x400-meter relay at the TrackTown USA High Performance Meet #4 (2/5), finishing in 3:23.49...Set a seasonal best in the 400 meters at the Portland Indoor Invitational (2/4), finishing in 48.73 seconds...Hit the Big Sky qualifying mark in the 400 meters in his first race of the season, finishing in 48.84 seconds at the UW Indoor Preview (1/16)...Also ran the 200 meters at the UW Indoor Preview, finishing in 22.27 seconds...Ran the 200 meters again at the Bronco Invitational (1/23), finishing 10th in 22.38 seconds...Competed in the 200 meters at the Husky Classic (2/12), finishing in 22.58 seconds. 

2015 OUTDOOR:
Competed in the 200, 400, 4x100-meter relay and 4x400-meter relay for the Vikings at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/13-16)...Scored for the Vikings in the 400, 4x100-meter relay and 4x400-meter relay...Finished seventh in the finals of the 400 at the Big Sky meet with seasonal-best time of 47.98 seconds...Tied a seasonal best with his time of 21.83 seconds in the prelims of the 200 meters at the Big Sky meet...Placed fifth in the 4x100-meter relay team as part of the Vikings' team that finished in 41.79 seconds...Finished eighth in the 4x400-meter relay as part of the Vikings' team that moved up to eighth all-time in the event with their finish in 3:18.49...Competed in the 200 and 400 meters generally during the regular season...Made his PSU debut in the 800 meters at the John Knight Twilight (4/10), finishing in 2:12.07.

2015 INDOOR:
Scored for the Vikings in the 200 and 400 meters at the Big Sky Championships (2/28)...Ran a seasonal best in the 60 meters with his time of 7.07 seconds at the UW Indoor Preview (1/17)...Finished the pelims of the 200 meters in a seasonal-best 21.88 seconds at the Big Sky Championships (2/27)...Set a seasonal best in the 400 meters with his time of 48.15 seconds at the Scarlet & White Invitational (2/7)...Also part of the 4x400-meter relay team finished in 3:20.63 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/17).

2014 OUTDOOR:
Earned All-Big Sky honors with a third-place finish in the 400 meters at the Big Sky Championships (5/17), finishing in 47.83 seconds…Also scored for the Vikings with a seventh-place finish in the 200 meters at the Big Sky meet, finishing in 21.66 seconds…Won the 400 meters at the Victor Lopez Classic (3/29), Mondo Mid-Major Challenge (4/12) and Oregon Twilight (5/9)…Also won the Division I 100 meters at the Victor Lopez Classic (3/29)…Ran a seasonal-best 47.59 in the 400 at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge, moving him up second all-time in the event at Portland State…Broke 48 seconds five of the six times he ran the 400 during the season…Ran a seasonal-best 21.50 while placing third in the 200 at the Oregon Relays (4/18), moving him up to fourth all-time in the event at Portland State…Also ran a seasonal-best 10.95 in the 100 meters at the Oregon Relays (4/19).

2014 INDOOR:
Won the Big Sky title in the 400 meters with a school record-breaking time of 47.86 seconds at the Big Sky Championships (3/1/14)…Also scored for the Vikings with a fifth-place finish in the 200 meters at the conference meet, crossing the line in 22.09 seconds…Set a personal best of 21.75 seconds in the prelims of the 200 meters at the conference meet, ranking him second all-time in the event at Portland State…Originally broke the school record in the 400 meters while winning the event in 48.64 seconds at the UW Invitational (2/1/14)…Finished second in the college division of the 200 meters at the Armory Collegiate Invitational (2/7/14), finishing in 22.04 seconds…Moved up to ninth all-time in the 60 meters with a personal-best time of 7.03 seconds in the prelims of the event at the Husky Classic (2/15/14)…Part of the Vikings’ distance medley relay team that moved up to third all-time in the event with a time of 10:16.83 at the UW Invitational (1/31/14)…Competed in the 4x400-meter relay for the Vikings at the Big Sky Championships…Finished the season ranked first in the 400 meters, second in the 200 meters, third in the distance medley relay and ninth in the 60 meters at Portland State.

2013 OUTDOOR:
Set seasonal bests in the 100 and 200 meters at the Oregon Preview (3/16/13), finishing seventh in the 100 in 10.99 seconds and 11th in the 200 in 22.11 seconds…Part of the Vikings’ 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams that placed seventh (41.91 seconds) and 10th (3:24.29), respectively, at the Big Sky Championships (5/11/13).
 
2013 INDOOR:
Part of the Vikings’ 4x400-meter relay team that placed sixth in 3:17.10 at the Big Sky Championships (2/23/13)…Set seasonal bests in the 60 and 200 meters at the UW Invitational (1/26/13), running the 60 in 7.13 second and the 200 in 22.30 seconds.
 
ALOHA HIGH SCHOOL:
A dual-sport athlete at Aloha, earning three letters in football and four in track and field…Earned individual championships in the 100 meters, 200 meters and 4x100-meter relay during his senior season…Part of two state title-winning teams, one in track (2012) and one in football (2010)…Named to the Metro League all-academic team.
