Played in all 12 games, starting four early in the season... also competed on special teams... had 28 tackles for the season, 3.5 tackles for loss... made a career-high 13 stops in a win at Idaho State (9/12).
FRESHMAN SEASON • 2014
Became an important part of the defense, starting four games and playing in all 12... had 28 tackles to rank 10th on the team... also had a tackle for loss and a fumble recovery... had a season-high seven tackles, including one for a loss at North Dakota (10/11)... a redshirt in 2013.
PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Lettered in football three times at Camas High School... a two-time Defensive Player of the Year in the Greater St. Helens League... All-State in 2011 and 2012... averaged more than 10 tackles per game... also an All-State tight end in 2012... also scored 14 touchdowns (17 total) as a short yardage running back in the Wildcat formation... team Defensive MVP... a three-time scholar-athlete.

Son of Doug and Julie Norcross... has three brothers, Joey, Pat and Dan, and one sister, Katie... plans to major in Engineering... hobbies include reading about history, video games and community service... has coached a 5th grade flag football team for three years and helped run football camps.
