Biography

Played briefly as a sophomore at tight end... moved back to defensive end in 2015 but never got on the field as he was recovering from an achilles injury... has good pass rushing skills and speed for his size.

SOPHOMORE SEASON • 2014
Made the transition from defensive end to tight end... played in six games as a backup tight end and on special teams... did not have a reception on the season... a redshirt in 2013.

FRESHMAN SEASON • 2012
One of nine true freshmen to earn playing time from the stellar 2012 recruiting class... played in seven games, making five tackles and a sack.

PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Lettered in football, basketball and track at Central Catholic High School...named second team All-State as a defensive end... earned first team All-Mt. Hood Conference honors... was selected to the Les Schwab All-Star Game... as a junior, he was first team All-Conference on defense, and co-Defensive Player of the Year with another current Viking, John Wolfe... also earned second team All-State... chose Portland State over Idaho and Montana.

Son of Fred and Teri Nall... has three brothers, Jason, Eric and Ryan, and one sister, Katie... plans to major in Mathematics.
