2015 OUTDOOR:

Big Sky individual champion in the 100-meter hurdles with her time of 13.30 seconds in the finals (13.38 after altitude conversion)…Ran the anchor leg of the Vikings’ Big Sky-champion 4x100-meter relay team, which won the Big Sky title in a school-record 45.11 seconds… Broke the school, championship and conference record in the 100-meter hurdles at the Big Sky meet, running the distance in 13.26 seconds (13.34 after altitude conversion) during the prelims of the event…Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary meet (5/30-31) in the 100-meter hurdles and 4x100-meter relay…Advanced to the quarterfinals of the 100-meter hurdles at the NCAA West Preliminary, where she finished just .09 seconds behind the final time qualifier for nationals in the event with her finish of 17th overall in 13.53 seconds…Placed 20th in 46.39 seconds at the NCAA West Preliminary with the Vikings’ 4x100-meter relay team…Also finished fourth in the 100 meters at the Big Sky Championships (5/31) in a wind-aided time of 11.62 seconds…Totaled 25 points at the Big Sky meet between her finishes in the 100, 100-meter hurdles and 4x100-meter relay…Won or shared wins in eight events before the NCAA West Preliminary meet…Went a perfect 6-0 in the 100-meter hurdles before the NCAA West Preliminary, winning the event at the Oregon Preview (3/22), Victor Lopez Classic (3/29), Mondo Mid-Major Challenge (4/12), OSU High Performance meet (5/2), Oregon Twilight (5/9) and Big Sky Championships (5/17)…Also part of the Vikings’ 4x100-meter relay team that won the event in 46.12 seconds at the OSU High Performance meet (5/2)…Ran a seasonal-best 24.56 seconds in the 200 meters at the OSU High Performance meet (5/2), moving him up to 10th all-time in the event at Portland State…Ran a wind-legal seasonal-best time of 11.93 seconds in the 100 meters at the Oregon Relays (4/19).

Broke the school record in the 60-meter hurdles, finishing in 8.35 seconds in the prelims of the Big Sky Championships (2/28/14)…Temporarily held the Big Sky record in the 60-meter hurdles with her time at the Big Sky Championships (8.37 seconds after altitude-adjusted for Big Sky records), and still ranks No. 2 all-time within the conference in the event...Earned multiple All-Big Sky honors with a second-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles and a third-place finish in the 60 meters at the Big Sky Championships…Set a personal best of 7.50 seconds in placing third in the 60 meters at the conference meet…Set another personal best of 24.44 seconds in the prelims of the 200 meters at the conference meet…Ended the season ranked No. 1 all-time at Portland State in the 60-meter hurdles, No. 3 all-time in the 200 meters and No. 4 all-time in the 60 meters…Broke 8.50 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles three times during the season…Broke 25 seconds in three of the five meets in which she competed in the 200 meters.

2013 OUTDOOR:
Qualified for the NCAA West Regional (5/25/13) in the 100-meter hurdles and 4x100-meter relay…Set a new personal best and moved into second all-time at Portland State in the 100-meter hurdles after finishing in 13.71 seconds in the semifinals of the NCAA West Regional…Won a share of the Big Sky 4x100-meter relay championship for the second straight season…Earned All-Big Sky honors in the 100-meter hurdles at the Big Sky Championships (5/11/13), finishing third in 13.79 seconds…Also scored for the Vikings with an eighth-place finish in the 100 meters at the Big Sky Championships, running the event in 12.04 seconds…Originally moved into second all-time in the 100-meter hurdles after winning the event at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (4/27/13) in 13.74 seconds…Also won the 100-meter hurdles in 13.74 seconds at the Pacific Twilight (5/4/13), where she was also part of the Vikings’ winning 4x400-meter relay team (3:55.16).

Scored for the Vikings with a seventh-place finish in the 55-meter hurdles at the Big Sky Championships (2/23/13)…Moved into third all-time in the 55-meter hurdles at Portland State with her time of 8.11 seconds at the Big Sky Championships…Also moved into ninth all-time in the 55 meters at Portland State with a time of 7.16 seconds at the Big Sky meet…Set a new personal best and moved into fifth all-time in the 60-meter hurdles at Portland State with a time of 8.73 seconds at the UW Invitational (1/26/13)…Set a personal best and moved into a tie for eighth all-time in the 60 meters with a time of 7.64 seconds at the Husky Classic (2/9/13)…Moved into third all-time in the 30 meters with a time of 4.49 seconds at the Portland Indoor (2/17/13).

2012 OUTDOOR:
Part of the Vikings’ Big Sky champion 4x100-meter relay team that broke the school record in the event at the meet with a time of 45.19…Registered personal bests in the 100 meters (12.02) and long jump (16-8.75; 5.10m) at the Willamette Invite (March 30)…Tallied a personal-best time of 24.68 in the 200 meters at the Big Sky Championships… Named to the 2012 Big Sky All-Academic team.
 
2012 INDOOR:
Competed in seven indoor track meets for the Vikings…Made her Portland State debut at the Jacksons Open, where she ran times of 7.84 and 25.73 in the 60 and 200 meters, respectively, and jumped a season-best distance of 17-05.25 (5.31m) in the long jump…Ran a season-best in the 60 meters in 7.88 seconds to win her heat in the prelims at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 12)…Improved on her 200-meters time at the Cherry & Silver Invitational (Jan. 21) with a time of 25.35…Tied her career-best time of 7.78 in the 60 meter prelims at the Big Sky Championships (Feb. 24) and set a career-best time of 25.15 in the 200 meters at the championships.

Four-year letterman in track and field…Three-year letterman in basketball…Champion in the 300-meter hurdles during her junior and senior seasons, and owns the Benson High School record in the event as well…Was on the honor roll all four years.
