Played at guard and is slated as a backup in that role in 2010... does have some experience now and a start to his credit... one of eight offensive linemen who redshirted in 2008... walked on for spring football in 2008.

SOPHOMORE SEASON • 2009
Played in six games as a backup... earned the start in the season finale at Idaho State (11/14) after Manny Rojas missed with an injury... also competed on special teams.

PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Spent one year playing at Southern Oregon.

A four year letterwinner in football at Canby High School... earned All-League honors as an offensive and defensive lineman... his team reached the 6A state semifinals his senior season... played in the Les Schwab Bowl All Star Game... also lettered twice in track.
