Angela earned All-Big Sky honorable mention honors … named the Big Sky Conference’s Top Newcomer … was a co-winner of PSU’s Team Player Award … played in 22 games making 17 starts before suffering a season-ending knee injury against Sacramento State (2/9) … finished the season averaging 10.8 ppg and 10.2 ppg … became the first player to average a double-double since 2003-04 … recorded a team-high eight double-doubles and became the first Viking to record 20-plus rebounds in a game since 1981 … she made her Portland State debut with six points and 10 rebounds against George Fox (11/9) ... recorded first double-double against Corban (11/20) with 11 points (5-8 FG, 1-1 FT) ... tallied second double-double with 10 points and 14 rebounds against Chattanooga (11/23) ... became the first Viking since 1981 to tally 20 or more rebounds with a career-high 21 boards against Butler (11/24) ... led the Vikings in scoring with a season-high 12 points and rebounding with seven against Gonzaga (12/7) ... recorded her third double-double with 10 points and a team-high 11 rebounds at Idaho State (12/20) ... scored a career-high 24 points (10-12 FG, 4-4 FT) while recording 10 rebounds for her fourth double-double of the season at Weber State (12/22) ... recorded third straight Big Sky double-double with 11 points (5-9 FG, 1-6 FT) and 12 rebounds against Montana State (1/3) ... scored a game-high 20 points (8-16 FG, 4-4 FT) with 12 rebounds for her sixth double-double of the season at Sacramento State (1/10) ... recorded her seventh double-double with 15 points (7-13 FG, 1-2 FT) and 15 rebounds at Northern Arizona (1/12) ... scored 13 points with seven rebounds and four steals against North Dakota (1/19) ... added 15 points and eight rebounds while going 7-for-10 from the field against Eastern Washington (1/21) ... recorded her eighth double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds at Montana (1/31) ... added 15 points with five rebounds and three blocks at Montana State (2/2) ... scored eight points while recording 13 rebounds against Northern Arizona (2/7) ... added nine points and 17 rebounds two nights later against Sacramento State (2/9).

MISCELLANEOUS
Angela transferred from Oregon State, where she played two seasons ... sat out the 2011-12 season due to NCAA transfer regulations.

PRIOR TO PORTLAND STATE
Played two seasons at Oregon State, appearing in 57 games and averaging 2.1 points, 2.8 rebounds and 10.3 minutes per game ... played in 27 games as a freshman in 2009-10, averaging 0.6 points, 0.8 rebounds and 3.9 minutes per contest ... started the first 10 games of the 2010-11 season and appeared in all 30 contests ... finished the year averaging 3.6 points, 4.7 rebounds and 16.1 minutes per game ... also tallied 37 steals and 12 blocked shots ... was third on the team in rebounding and blocked shots ... registered nine points and 12 rebounds in 31 minutes of action in the season opener against Long Beach State (11/13) ... recorded her second double-digit rebounding performance of the year with 11 to go along with seven points against Cal State Northridge (11/20).

AT JSERRA CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL & VISTA HIGH SCHOOL
Lettered three years at Vista High before spending her final season at JSerra Catholic High School ... did not play as a senior ... a McDonald’s All-American nominee ... as a junior, averaged 15 points, a league-leading 12.7 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 1.5 blocks per per game to earn first team All-Avocado League honors ... helped lead Vista High to a 19-6 record and the league title as a junior ... was recognized as a junior by USA Today for having one of the top five performances of the year after tallying 20 points, 23 boards, seven assists and four blocks in a 49-30 victory over Chula Vista ... also lettered in track and field and volleyball at Vista.
