An NCAA Division II National Championship in 1988 highlighted Jen Norlin’s outstanding four-year volleyball career at Portland State. The outside hitter earned second team All-American honors twice (1987, 1989), first team All-American once (1988) and was a four-time All-region selection. 

The Vikings’ offensive weapon propelled PSU to a 114-50 record over her time on the Park Blocks. Norlin ranks among the all-time leaders in matches played (157/8^th), kills (1,795/3^rd), hitting percentage (.297/7^th), blocks (96/7^th), and digs (1,012/12^th). She set the season record for kills with 600 in 1989.
