The Viking Coaches Luncheon, featuring football coach Nigel Burton, resumes Monday, September 12 at the Old Spaghetti Factory. The luncheon will take place every Monday of a home football week (Sept. 12, Oct. 3, Oct. 17, Oct. 31, and Nov. 14) and run from noon to 1 p.m.

Nigel Burton will be the main speaker each Monday and bring along assistant coaches and players. Burton will review and preview Viking football games, as well as break down game film for Viking boosters. Other Viking head coaches will also attend and be guest speakers.

The Old Spaghetti Factory is located at 0715 SW Bancroft Street in Portland. The luncheon is open to the public and cost is $10 for lunch and a non-alcoholic beverage.
