Portland State's all-time assist leader at the Division I level, Fradella is the only Viking ever to be named All-Big Sky Conference four years in a row. As a freshman, Fradella was named Big Sky Outstanding Freshman, and by the time she was a senior, the Big Sky Most Valuable Player. Fradella led the Vikings to their first Big Sky regular season title in 2007, and another in 2009, as well as to a first-ever appearance in the NCAA Division I Tournament in 2008. Her 4,817 career assists ranks second all-time at Portland State. Fradella was a five-time Big Sky Player of the Week, and earned Academic All-Big Sky honors four straight years.
