An experienced player who has competed a lot at cornerback and on special teams... should play a prominent role in a maturing defense in 2019.

JUNIOR SEASON • 2018
Competed in nine games with two starts... had 15 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, an interception and a pass breakup... posted a career-high eight tackles with a tackle for loss and an interception in a win over Northern Colorado (10/13)... made four tackles and one for loss at Oregon (9/8)... returned a blocked extra point for a two-point defensive conversion against Eastern Washington (11/16).

SOPHOMORE SEASON • 2017
Played in eight games as a backup cornerback and on special teams... made three tackles and a pass breakup.

FRESHMAN SEASON • 2016
Played in eight games as a true freshman... saw action on special teams and at nickelback... made two pass breakups on the season.

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE
Lettered in football, basketball and track at Wilson High School… named first team All-League as a senior and selected to the Seattle Times Top 100 players list… lettered four times in basketball, twice being named Defensive Player of the Year… team was district champions three times making it to the state tournament... also lettered in track, competing in the 200 meters, 800 meters and high jump.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Son of Tara and Michael Lofton… has one brother, Markese… Psychology major and a Sociology minor… a pilot student at the Pacific West Aerospace Academy in the Beyond The Clouds program… would like to go into the Air Force and have a career in aviation.
