2015 SEASON (Senior):Appeared in 14 of the Vikings’ 18 matches during the season, starting 11...Had appeared in the Vikings’ first eight matches of the season, starting six, before suffering an injury in the Vikings’ match against Utah Valley (9/20)...Returned to play in the Vikings’ 4-1 win over Idaho State (10/9), and started the Vikings’ final five matches of the season...Played all 90 minutes of the Vikings’ season opener against Arizona State (8/21), as well as the team’s road match at Montana (10/23)...Tallied a career-high four shots in the Vikings’ 1-0 win over Air Force (9/13)...Finished the season with 12 shots, two shots on goal and 890 minutes played.
2014 SEASON (Junior):Played in all 19 matches for the Vikings, starting 15 of the them…Scored in the Vikings’ 3-0 win over Colorado State (9/5)…Assisted on the game-tying goal in the Vikings’ 1-1 road draw at Northern Arizona (9/26)…Named to the All-PSU Tournament Team after the Vikings beat Utah Valley (8/22) 1-0 and tied Boise State 1-1 at the start of the season…Finished the season with 1182 minutes played, three points (1g, 1a), 16 shots, six shots on goal and seven corners.
2013 SEASON (Sophomore):One of only three players to start all 19 matches during the season…Named to the Big Sky All-Tournament Team after scoring the game-winning goal in the Vikings’ 2-0 win over Northern Colorado (11/7) in the Big Sky semifinals…Scored the Vikings’ first goal of the season, giving the team a lead against then-No. 14 Marquette (8/25)…Assisted on the game-winning goal in the Vikings’ 7-0 win over New Mexico State (9/1)…Assisted on the Vikings’ second goal in the team’s 4-0 win over CSU Bakersfield (9/7)…Totaled two goals, two assists, six points, 15 shots, six shots on goal and 1139 minutes played during the season.
2012 SEASON (Freshman):The freshman appeared in 18 matches while starting nine in her first season at PSU … Cooney received Big Sky All-Academic honors following her inaugural campaign … She made her first appearance in the PSU home-opener against Saint Mary’s College on Aug. 17 … Cooney then recorded her first start one match later against Oregon State on Aug. 24 … She recorded 19 shots overall with 10 shots on goal … Cooney logged 966 minutes of play in 2012.
ODP/CLUB: Played for the Eugene Metro FC (EMFC) Spirit from U-11 to U-18 … Club team was a finalist in the Northwest Champions League … Finalist at the US Club Soccer National Cub X 2011 as a part of the U-17 Super Group … Champions at the Pleasanton Rage College Showcase in 2011 as a part of the U-19 Super Group and champions at the Las Vegas College Showcase in 2011 … Played on the Oregon ’94 ODP team for three years.

MARIST CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL:Played varsity soccer all four years and competed in track for three years … First team all-league, first team all-state, Midwestern League Player of the Year and team MVP her senior season … Second team all-league and voted team MVP her junior year … All-league honorable mention as a sophomore.
