PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland State men's and women's tennis teams have a new look to its practice facilitiy at the Peter W. Stott Center as the program has completed a project to resurface the rooftop courts. Coupled with the new courts will be a new initiative to improve Portland State branding in the building by hanging a PSU tennis banner as well as displaying the Viking head logo more prominently.

"We're really exicted about this project, its something we worked on for a long time and it took the support of a lot of people in our administration to make this happen," head coach jay Sterling said. "We have these nice new courts and we wanted to make this a first class facility and give our players pride in what they're doing." 

This video touches on the steps taken to create the new courts with interviews with Sterling, assistant coach Angelo Niculesu, and seniors Zach Lubek and Marina Todd, as the group discuss what the new courts mean to the program and the outlook in 2012.
